Last updated: August 30, 2026
Paste AI-generated text and get a natural rewrite that keeps your meaning. No account, no credit card, no trial countdown. Start right here.
For drafts you own and have the right to revise. Follow your school's or employer's AI policy.
What you get for free
- No signup and no credit card to try — paste text and read the rewrite
- Works on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLM output
- Uses strict factual-fidelity instructions; review every result
- Up to 250 words a day without an account (rolling 24 hours), 400 words a day when signed in
- Honest positioning: writing polish, not a guaranteed-bypass promise
Why no-signup matters
Most humanizers make you create an account before you can see a single word of output. That is backwards. You should be able to judge whether a tool is any good before you hand over an email. HumaText shows you the rewrite first; signing in is optional and only raises your daily limit.
If you want more — higher monthly volume or our Advanced mode — see pricing. Otherwise the free tier is genuinely free, not a teaser.
Frequently asked questions
Is HumaText really free with no signup?
Yes. You can humanize up to 250 words a day (rolling 24 hours) and see the output without creating an account or entering a card. Sign in (also free) to raise the limit to 400 words a day (up to 4,000 a month). Paid plans exist for higher volume, but you never have to pay to test the output.
Is there a catch to the free tier?
No hidden catch. The free tier is metered by word count, not by a trial that expires. We cap anonymous use to keep the service affordable and to discourage abuse, which is why signing in raises your limit. We do not use your text to train any model.
Will the free version change my meaning?
It can. HumaText uses strict instructions to retain facts, claims, names, numbers, quotations, and citations, but an automated rewrite can still make mistakes. Compare every output with the source; it is a draft, not a replacement for your judgment.
Does the free humanizer get past AI detectors?
We do not promise that, and no honest tool can. Detectors change constantly and disagree with each other. The goal is a clearer draft whose meaning you have personally verified, not a one-time detector trick.
